You pay in cash upon receipt of the goods (available only for shipments by express courier, supplement of € 7.00 in addition to the cost of shipping) or at the collection point in Carpegna (PU) (direct sales are made on the set days) . Some items on request do not provide for cash on delivery but only in advance (in the product sheet there is no "Cash on delivery" among the accepted payment methods).

Browse and search the site for the product you want, click on the name of the product to open a detail sheet and see its characteristics. Enter the desired quantity of the selected item and click on the trolley icon. When you have finished shopping go to the cart, if you want to know a preview of the transport costs, fill in the required data, then click on "CALCULATE", otherwise proceed directly to "CHECKOUT". On the next page, first of all choose the address to which you wish to receive the goods (even if it is the same as the billing address). We specify that with the wording "WITHDRAWAL IN STORE" you can both collect the goods on site and use them for additional orders avoiding to pay other transport costs, there is also the possibility to collect the goods using your trusted courier (after communicating via email to shop@amracing.shop).

We specify that NON-EU customers, not being able to buy directly on our store, can send an e-mail to shop@amracing.shop, as the price lists and transport costs vary according to the country of origin.

These are the times, expressed in working days, that we use to prepare the orders and then deliver them to the couriers or to the collection at the headquarters, we remind you that they are indicative and sometimes they can vary due to external causes also due to third parties. »7/8 working days for a product that is specifically ordered from our suppliers and that takes several days to arrive in our warehouse (times vary depending on the type of article and the supplier). »2/3 working days for a product available in stock. All our products are packaged with the utmost care and, in the case of bulky products, they are delivered in the original packaging of the house. AM RACING is not responsible for loss, delays or damage in the transport of the goods, from the moment it is taken over by the courier.

It is performed at any branch of the Italian Post Office, through Postamat branches or at SISAL offices (it is not necessary to have a postepay card and the cost of the operation is € 1.00 / 2.00) or online from the website www. poste.it or associated SIM PosteMobile for holders of a postepay card. The coordinates to make the payment will be provided in the order confirmation e-mail which is sent as soon as the purchase procedure is completed. The top-up is received in real time, therefore as soon as your payment communication by e-mail is received, the order will be processed.

From the moment of shipment, the courier delivers in 24 hours in the main cities and in 48 hours in Calabria, in the major islands (Sardinia and Sicily) and in the countries outside the province of Basilicata, Puglia and Campania. The shipping number is the same as your order number so that you can monitor its status on our site on the "Shipping Tracking" page (active from when you receive notification of shipment). For international shipments the cost will be calculated during the purchase procedure depending on the destination and the dimensions. Deliveries by courier take place during normal working hours (Monday-Friday from 08.30 to 18.00) without a telephone call. If no one is present, the courier will leave a notice and will come back the next day. In the event of a new non-delivery, storage practice will be opened and the material will remain in storage for 5 working days at the disposal of the customer for collection (who must contact us and request authorization for collection). For those who are not always available during these hours, we recommend the storage lock service with which you can directly collect the material in one of the over 180 GLS or DHL or CRONO offices on the national territory (for the complete list of offices and relative addresses, visit the DHL GLS or Poste website. We also remind you that it is mandatory to indicate in the delivery addresses any particularities such as deliveries to companies or third parties (example: Rossi Mario c / o company name) otherwise the package will go into storage. AMRacing reserves the right to request a surcharge on transport costs in the case of very bulky packaging.
